This is a project for the City of Portland which has been in the works for more than two years. It is a permanent public art piece in Winslow Park. The Public Art committee selected a bench (Cloud Couch) and commissioned ‘Rustle Diptych II” for the Park. I also worked with Local masons for the granite base for ‘Rustle’ the city’s public works department to install surplus granite curbstone to mount the ‘Cloud Couch’ on and Regina Leonard a local landscape architect who made the designed the plantings and was an invaluable collaborator on the site work.

Although we completed the installation this summer the official commencement will be some time in the spring of 2009.
